From April 14 for three days in Hamburg, Germany, Korean Air received a total of 13 awards in the in-flight service category at the "World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) 2026." The WTCE is the world’s largest onboard service industry expo and has been held annually since 2012, marking its 15th edition this year.

On April 14, at the "2026 Onboard Hospitality Awards" organized by the UK-based publication Onboard Hospitality, Korean Air won in four categories: first-class amenity kit, first-class in-flight loungewear, premium class in-flight bedding, and premium class tableware.

On the same day, at the "TravelPlus Airline Amenity Awards," the airline swept a total of five categories: Global Passenger Choice 5-Star Certification for in-flight amenities, first-class amenity kit (male), first-class in-flight tableware, first-class in-flight bedding, and commemorative gifts for passengers aged six and under.

On April 15, at the "2026 PAX Leadership Awards" hosted by Canada’s PAX International, Korean Air added four more awards in the Asia Airline category: Best Customer Experience, Best Cabin Interior, First-Class Amenity Kit, and Business Class Bedding.

These achievements are the result of Korean Air’s comprehensive renewal of in-flight amenities last year, which improved customer service. Korean Air provides first-class passengers with amenity kits in collaboration with luxury brand Graff, and offers premium Frette bedding and Bernardaud tableware in upper-class cabins across all classes.

A Korean Air representative stated, "These awards are a testament to the premium service quality that Korean Air delivers to the world," adding, "We will continue to upgrade our services to delight customers and further develop as the world’s most beloved airline."
