On this day, real sheep from Hayang Farm in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province, will be brought to the urban campus, allowing attendees to interact with nature through a hands-on program.
Gyeongbok University expects that this event will offer a relaxing space for students who are exhausted by their busy studies and daily lives, and that by opening the campus to local residents, it will serve as an open cultural program that everyone can enjoy together.
A university official stated, "Through this event, we plan to expand the campus beyond a simple educational space into an open platform where culture and experience coexist, and to use it as an opportunity to strengthen communication with the local community." The official added, "We will continue to foster a campus culture where students and the local community can come together through a variety of hands-on programs."
