On the 16th, at the 8th plenary session of the Special Committee on the National Investigation into the Alleged Fabrication and Indictment by the Political Prosecution under the Yoon Suk Yeol Administration, a hearing was held regarding the Daejang-dong case, the alleged fabricated indictment of former Deputy Director Kim Yong of the Institute for Democracy, and the Wirye New Town case. Former Prosecutor General Lee Won-seok appeared as a witness. On the right is Prosecutor Um Hee-jun, who led the second investigation team for the Daejang-dong case.
