This is the result of the Central Line high-speed rail project entering its final stages, solidifying the metropolitan rail axis connecting Seoul and Busan. In fact, with the completion of the high-speed signal system between Andong and Yeongcheon, travel from Seoul Cheongnyangni Station to Andong now takes as little as 1 hour and 45 minutes, while travel from Andong to Busan Bujeon Station takes a minimum of 1 hour and 50 minutes. This effectively realizes the vision of a "half-day living zone" that connects the greater Seoul area with the southeastern region.

The pace of transportation infrastructure expansion is accelerating even further. In particular, Andong City is taking a comprehensive approach by designating the construction of five major metropolitan transportation networks as a core initiative, in line with the construction of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk New Airport and the activation of the Provincial Government New Town.

Andong City is also speeding up additional metropolitan transportation network projects to coincide with the construction of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk New Airport and the activation of the Provincial Government New Town. As part of the 5th National Railway Network Construction Plan, the city is prioritizing the inclusion of the Mungyeong-Andong Line and the extension of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk New Airport Metropolitan Railway to Andong. Road infrastructure is also set to improve, with plans to construct roads connecting the New Town and the new airport, as well as expand National Route 35, which is expected to further enhance accessibility in the future.

Against this backdrop, POSCO E&C's "The Sharp Andong The First," showcased in Okdong, is being developed on the Okdong District Urban Development Project site as a complex with seven buildings ranging from three basement levels up to 20 above-ground floors. A total of 493 units will be offered, with exclusive areas ranging from 70 to 141 square meters.

The complex is located within a 10-minute drive of KTX Andong Station and Andong Intercity Bus Terminal, and provides convenient access throughout Andong City via major roads such as Gyeongbuk-daero. Entry to the Jungang Expressway is also easy through the Seoandong Interchange.

Nearby, Yeongho Elementary School allows for walking commutes, and within a 2-kilometer radius are schools such as Gyeongdeok Middle School, Andong Middle School, Andong Jungang High School, Gyeongan Girls' High School, and Korea Life Science High School. Residents will also enjoy convenient access to the Andong City Central Library and the academy district around Okdong Intersection. In addition, the area offers excellent conditions for living close to work, with major industrial facilities such as the Gyeongbuk Bio General Industrial Complex, Pungsan Agricultural Complex, and Andong General Distribution Complex all easily accessible.

Large retail facilities such as Hanaro Mart and the Okdong central business district are conveniently available, and cultural venues including Lotte Cinema and the Andong Culture and Arts Center are nearby. As the Okdong District Urban Development Project is completed in the future, infrastructure is expected to expand even further. The Nakdong River is adjacent, allowing some units to enjoy waterfront views, and the approximately 160,000-square-meter Oksong Evergreen Park is set to be established next to the complex.
