However, events such as moving, changes in family composition, and shifts in interior design trends typically occur every 2 to 7 years, leading people to consider replacing their sofas even when they remain usable.
In response to these changes in living environments, Aloso has introduced a new option that reinterprets the sofa not as an item to be replaced but as one to be renewed. The Re:cover care service maintains the existing frame while replacing finishing materials and reinforcing interior materials to restore the condition and style of the sofa to that of a new product. Through this sofa renewal, the service aims to enhance both the atmosphere and usability of the space.
Re:cover Care goes beyond the conventional concepts of simple repair or reupholstery commonly found in the furniture market and is offered as an official brand renewal service. Although replacement of finishing materials and reupholstery services previously existed, they were primarily operated by private companies, resulting in unclear pricing standards and concerns over quality inconsistencies. To improve this market structure, Aloso has introduced an official brand renewal service with strict quality standards and a transparent process.

Functional enhancements are also provided. The naturally compressed Cashmiron is reinforced to restore the initial volume and seating comfort.
Aloso also manages the entire process from consultation to collection, refurbishment, and delivery, increasing reliability. After diagnosing the condition of the product and providing styling consultations on finishing materials at Aloso's directly operated stores in the Seoul metropolitan area, a specialized sofa installation team collects the product. The refurbishment is performed in the same facility environment as the company's main manufacturing process, and after a final quality inspection, the sofa is redelivered. Aloso plans to gradually expand the service area in the future.
