The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is recruiting 'Gyeonggi-do AI Membership Companies' by May 6, 2026, to foster the artificial intelligence (AI) industry ecosystem in the province.
This initiative aims to identify companies that will use AI technology as a key tool for industrial transformation based on the AI Innovation Cluster being developed in Gyeonggi-do. It is also designed to facilitate the adoption of AI by lowering the initial infrastructure burden for businesses.
Eligible applicants are companies nationwide that possess AI technologies or services, with no restrictions on company size or location.

The agency plans to upgrade its support system through the membership program so that companies can go beyond simply adopting AI technologies and move toward industrial restructuring and the creation of new businesses. Based on this, the agency will also promote the formation of a network to facilitate cooperation and exchanges between companies.
Kim Hyungon, President of the agency, said, "The Gyeonggi-do AI Membership is a program that allows companies to utilize the innovation cluster infrastructure without incurring additional costs," adding, "We will expand our support so that companies seeking to apply AI technologies in the industrial field can grow flexibly."
