The Committee is composed of up to 30 experts from various fields, including the public sector, academia, the legal profession, civil society, consumer groups, and business organizations.

Anyone who has suffered damages due to the leakage or infringement of personal information can apply for dispute mediation. If the parties accept the Committee's mediation decision, it has the same legal effect as a court settlement.
