The White House stated that ongoing negotiations with Iran ahead of the second armistice talks are progressing productively. As a result, on April 15 (local time), the three major U.S. stock indices ended the session mostly unchanged.
On this day at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 0.15% from the previous trading day. The S&P 500, which is focused on large-cap stocks, rose 0.80%, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq index ended up 1.60%.
