To this end, on April 3, KVHS executives, employees, and partner company staff carried out promotional activities around the headquarters to raise awareness of wildfire prevention and enhance safety consciousness, thereby working to spread a culture of safety.
In particular, on April 14, KVHS executives, employees, and partner company staff participated together in the "Safety Experience Day" event held at the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency's Safety Experience Education Center in Jecheon, North Chungcheong Province. Attendees used virtual reality equipment to directly experience risk factors that may occur in actual workplaces and learned preventive measures and response protocols for various scenarios, thereby heightening their awareness of safety.
Furthermore, KVHS plans to implement systematic accident prevention activities this year based on the "2026 Safety and Health Management Promotion Plan." The organization aims to further elevate its overall safety standards by thoroughly improving the identified issues and unacceptable risk factors discovered through on-site risk assessments and safety inspections, using specific performance indicators as benchmarks.
Yoon Jongjin, Chairman of KVHS, stated, "Protecting the lives and workplaces of all workers who sweat on the frontlines is an infinite responsibility of public institutions. Going forward, we will expand hands-on safety education based on mutual cooperation and actively address identified risk factors to create workplaces where everyone can work with peace of mind."
