The Demo Day will showcase Hallym University’s AI education innovation ecosystem in one place. A range of AI solutions-centered on the KELI platform-will be presented, covering student support, teaching and learning innovation, and research collaboration. The event aims to provide an in-depth look at how AI technology is being integrated into all aspects of university education, as well as how it is driving changes for learners, instructors, and overall university operations.
During the Demo Day, the core AI services for students, faculty, and staff will be fully released, focusing on the integrated ‘KELI Platform’ and ‘AI Education Portal’. Key student support solutions to be introduced include: ▲AI courseware (Medical ‘MedLearn-X’, Social Medicine ‘Epi-Learn’, Forensic Science Convergence ‘FIST’); ▲Personalized career planning support ‘Career Inbody’; ▲Level-based learning support ‘AI Math Tutor’; and ▲Rapid-response ‘Admissions & Academic Assistant’.
In addition, various educational services will be demonstrated, including ‘HAI-GPT’ as a common AI service, ‘AI Teaching Assistant’ to support instructors in class management, and ‘AI Tutor’ to assist learners with question answering and repetitive learning. Participants will be able to freely explore the exhibition booths during the event and experience the main features firsthand, while also receiving detailed explanations on the operational direction and application cases of each solution.
Notably, the exhibition will be run as a participatory program, allowing members to directly experience the services. Throughout the event, attendees can visit the booths at their leisure to try out the key functions, with explanations and demonstrations for each solution held concurrently. In addition, there will be a session for key visitors introducing the operational direction of the KELI platform and application cases of representative solutions, providing a more concrete overview of Hallym University’s AI education innovation strategy.
Through this event, Hallym University aims to demonstrate that AI technology is expanding beyond a mere auxiliary tool to serve as an integrated educational ecosystem connecting learning support, teaching and learning innovation, and educational administration. By sharing the university’s practical experiences with the local community and related organizations, the university also hopes to spark the spread of this innovative model throughout the higher education ecosystem.
Park Hyunje, Director of the AI EduTech Center, stated, “This Demo Day is a practical opportunity to share the real-world application of the KELI Platform and Hallym AI Education Solutions with both internal and external stakeholders,” adding, “It will provide a firsthand look at Hallym’s direction and achievements in AI-based educational innovation spanning student support, teaching and learning innovation, and educational administration efficiency.”
Meanwhile, Hallym University has continuously developed and enhanced its AI education platform and a variety of field-customized solutions through the Glocal University project. Based on these efforts, the university is pursuing both improvements in the quality of university education and broader dissemination to the local community. This Demo Day will serve as a comprehensive showcase of these achievements, as well as a starting point for further service enhancement and external expansion through review and collaboration.
