A is accused of taking a woman in her 20s, referred to as B, who was sitting on a busy street in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, at around 8:30 p.m. the previous evening, to his nearby office and confining her there.

It has been determined that A, who met B for the first time that day, attempted to start a conversation with her and, after noticing she was too intoxicated to stand properly, escorted her away.

After receiving a report from B's acquaintances, the police searched the area and found A and B at around 11:00 p.m., two hours and 30 minutes after the report was received.

At the time of discovery, B was found sleeping inside A's office, and A was also present in the same space.

During the police investigation, A reportedly denied all charges, stating, "I brought B to my office to protect her because I was worried she might be harmed due to her intoxicated state."

A police official stated, "We are continuing to verify the facts regarding A's claims," and added, "We plan to conduct forensic testing of B's clothing to determine if there was any sexual harm."
