This meeting was a follow-up to the previous 2nd council meeting, with a focus on proactively examining major issues that could arise during the administrative integration process to minimize confusion at the educational sites.

On this day, participants closely reviewed measures for revising local autonomy regulations and preparations for linking and transitioning information systems to ensure a stable launch of the integrated education administration system. They also agreed on the need to further strengthen field-oriented communication and continuously enhance the cooperation framework between the two offices.

The two education offices plan to continuously monitor current issues and respond quickly to prevent any inconvenience or confusion that schools, staff, and parents may experience during the integration process. In addition, they will meticulously manage progress in each area through regular consultation channels, and establish a joint response system to address newly emerging issues, thereby maintaining stability in the field.

An official from the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education stated, "We are steadily addressing major issues through the Vice Superintendents' Council and laying a stable foundation for integration," adding, "We will continue to hold close, field-oriented consultations going forward."

An official from the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education also emphasized, "We will do our utmost to ensure that the integration of education administration is implemented without setbacks, based on strong cooperation and communication between the two offices."
