Jeong Cheong-rae, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, once again mentioned Ha Jung-woo, the Presidential Secretary for AI Future Planning, who has been receiving calls to run in the by-election for Buk-gu Gap, Busan, on the 15th.
At the on-site Supreme Council meeting held at the Busan Port International Exhibition & Convention Center that day, Jeong said, "Secretary Ha is said to be a junior of Jeon Jae-soo, the Democratic Party's candidate for Busan mayor," and asked, "Did Secretary Ha attend elementary, middle, and high school in Buk-gu?"
Candidate Jeon replied, "He is my junior by six years from high school," adding, "I didn't know there was such an outstanding figure at our school." He continued, "Secretary Ha attended Sasang Elementary and Middle School, and Gudeok High School. As Buk-gu expanded, Sasang-gu was separated, but when he was in school, all of them were part of Buk-gu," emphasizing, "So he is a Buk-gu person."
When Jeong asked, "Do you like Secretary Ha?" candidate Jeon responded, "I love him." He then added, "But that doesn't mean I'm asking him to run."
