The account owner also released a post showing Mr. A appearing on his university's YouTube channel.
The account owner further claimed, "Even if (Mr. A) takes legal action for violation of portrait rights, I will just pay the fine." The owner also shared a petition for severe punishment, allegedly written by the victim's mother, and urged others to participate.

According to JTBC's 'Case Room,' Mr. A was indicted for forcibly molesting a 12-year-old girl last year. Home camera footage at the time captured the victim repeatedly expressing her refusal, saying, "Don't do it. I will scream," yet Mr. A continued with physical contact.
The victim's side explained, "We did not tell Mr. A and placed the home camera on the bookshelf. He turned off the existing home camera, and then the scene of him molesting (my daughter) was recorded."
Subsequently, the victim's side reported the incident to the police, and Mr. A was arrested at the scene. However, during the investigation, Mr. A claimed that the victim had seduced him first.
On April 6, Mr. A was sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for two years. The court reportedly considered that Mr. A admitted to the crime and was a first-time offender, but also recognized that the harm to the victim had not been remedied.
Meanwhile, the public disclosure of personal information constitutes private sanctions against a perpetrator and can itself be subject to punishment. In 2024, a YouTuber named 'Narakbogwan-so,' who revealed the names, photos, ages, and workplaces of perpetrators involved in the 2004 mass sexual assault case of a female middle school student in Miryang, South Gyeongsang Province, was sentenced to one year and six months in prison in the first trial.
