According to Finda, the cumulative amount of loan agreements from May 2020 amounts to about 14 trillion won. Of this, the total loan agreement amount for borrowers with credit scores between 400 and 700-classified as mid- to low credit-was tallied at 10.6316 trillion won.

By credit score range, borrowers with scores in the 600s accounted for the largest amount at 5.6 trillion won. Customers in the 700s and 500s followed with 3 trillion won and 2.2 trillion won, respectively.

The average loan approval rate for Finda's mid- to low credit borrowers was 55.1%, with those in the 600s achieving the highest approval rate at 62%. Borrowers in the 500s had a 42% approval rate, while those in the 400s recorded approximately 20%.

The cumulative number of loan limit inquiries at savings banks-primarily requested by mid- to low credit borrowers-reached 1 billion cases. Among these, about 830 million inquiries, or 85%, were made by mid- to low credit customers. This demonstrates that, unlike traditional banks which primarily serve high-credit customers, Finda is functioning as a practical financial search channel for mid- to low credit individuals.

Over the past three years, the proportion of savings bank loan limit inquiries by Finda's mid- to low credit customers in the first quarter has steadily increased, with figures of 85.6%, 86.9%, and 87.7%, respectively. Furthermore, from 2023 to 2025, over 90% of loan applications for savings bank products originated from mid- to low credit borrowers (credit scores between 400 and 700), with the total agreement amount exceeding 6 trillion won.

Finda is also expanding its coverage to ultra-low credit individuals with scores below 400, who have difficulty accessing institutional finance. The amount of loans supplied to this segment increased from 300 million won annually in 2020 to 1.3 billion won the following year, and last year, it surged nearly 300% year-on-year to reach 11.4 billion won.

A Finda representative stated, "Of Finda's 96 partner financial institutions, 66 are secondary financial institutions, which underscores Finda's contribution not only to improving financial access for mid- to low credit borrowers but also to strengthening the lending capabilities of secondary financial institutions. We will continue to connect a diverse range of financial products and solidify our position as a leading loan brokerage platform in inclusive finance."
