Kumho Tire Launches Integrated Online-Offline Platform 'TirePro+'

On April 15, Kumho Tire announced that it has revamped its existing integrated online and offline platform, ‘TirePro Online Mall’, and is introducing a new O2O (online-to-offline) service called ‘TirePro Plus (TIREPRO+)’, which combines a new membership program.

TirePro Plus is an integrated service that connects the entire flow from tire purchase to installation and after-sales care, focusing on maximizing customer convenience and accessibility. When customers select products online, they can easily access tire management services through the nationwide TirePro distribution network. In particular, the company has enhanced convenience-focused services tailored to customer lifestyles, such as same-day and holiday installation, tire storage, and proxy replacement services.


In addition to a standing 5% discount, Kumho Tire has established a comprehensive support system that includes the ‘six free inspection services’ (such as tire pressure and tread wear inspections) and a digital warranty system, ensuring thorough after-sales care for purchases.


Through TirePro Plus, Kumho Tire plans to organically connect TirePro stores nationwide with its online platform to expand customer touchpoints and deliver a differentiated customer experience through store-specific specialized services. The company aims to move beyond simple product sales to build a customer-centric integrated service system and will continuously enhance its data-driven, personalized service capabilities.


To commemorate the launch of TirePro Plus, Kumho Tire is holding an event from today through May 14. During the event, the company plans to drive initial customer inflow and purchase conversions through various promotions, including discounts for new memberships, additional benefits for referrals, limited-time special deals, and rewards for customers who make purchases or leave reviews.
