SBVA announced on April 15 that it successfully held the "2026 IPO Trends and Outlook Seminar" for major limited partners (LPs) and portfolio companies at its office in Seocho-gu, Seoul, the previous day. The seminar was attended by about 60 participants, including representatives from SBVA's key LPs such as Korea Venture Investment Corp., Industrial Bank of Korea, Krafton, as well as portfolio companies like KREAM, Imprimed, and Payhere.

Speakers included not only IPO experts from within SBVA, but also professionals from the IPO team at Mirae Asset Securities and the global IPO team at Samil PwC. In the first session, which focused on VC market trends, Juyeon Lee, Executive Director of SBVA IR, presented on the structural trends observed across the industry, with a focus on changes in investment strategies, fundraising, and exit conditions in response to recent shifts in the market environment. Youngjin Park, Investment Director at SBVA, introduced the listing process of Nota, one of SBVA's key IPO cases, and provided a detailed account of performance at each investment stage, from initial investment to corporate growth and eventual IPO.
