The 2026 open recruitment conducted by RaonSecure, an AI security and authentication platform company, attracted the highest number of applicants in its history. The company announced on April 15 that a total of approximately 2,600 people applied for its open recruitment for new and experienced employees, held for about three weeks starting from February 26, resulting in a competition rate of 130 to 1.

This successful recruitment is being attributed to RaonSecure’s shift in business direction. The company recently expanded its "AI Research Lab" into the "AI Business Division" and has reorganized its business structure to focus on AI, with plans to launch an agentic AI-based security automation platform within this year.

RaonSecure has also gained attention for providing core technologies for the construction of national digital identity infrastructure based on blockchain, such as "mobile identification cards." In addition, its commercialization of post-quantum cryptography (PQC) solutions that apply the U.S. NIST standard algorithm, and its deepfake detection technology, have further strengthened its competitiveness in advanced security fields-factors that have drawn increased interest from applicants.

The company stated, "Securing top talent is more important than ever to remain competitive in the future market where AI and security converge. The results of this recruitment reflect the market’s expectations for our vision and growth potential."

The company’s organizational culture and working environment are also cited as factors contributing to the influx of applicants. The establishment of an image as a "company people want to work for"-underpinned by a flat organizational structure and various welfare programs-has had a positive impact, according to analysis.

The final hires will begin with training at the company’s training center. Over approximately two weeks, they will receive intensive education on the AI business, major services, and technologies, before being assigned to respective departments to carry out practical work.

RaonSecure plans to accelerate the expansion of its AI-focused business following this talent acquisition. In particular, the company is actively advancing the development of "AAM (Agentic AI Management)" technology, which manages the identity and authority of AI, with the strategic goal of securing leadership in the digital trust infrastructure market.

Global business achievements are also continuing. The multi-factor authentication (MFA) based AI platform "OnePass" became the first in the world to receive FIDO certification from the global biometric authentication consortium FIDO Alliance. In the Japanese market, the number of monthly active users (MAU) has surpassed 10 million. The newly recruited talent is expected to further accelerate this growth trend.

The company is also continuously investing in improving the working environment alongside talent acquisition. It currently operates various programs including flexible working hours, a family day with morning-only work, a two-hour lunch break system called "FunFunLunch," meal support, health checkups, welfare card provision, and support for resort facilities. Additionally, a wide range of programs such as in-house lounges, leisure support, and family invitation events are provided to enhance the quality of life for employees.

Such efforts have also been recognized externally. RaonSecure has been selected as an "Excellent Work-Life Balance Company," a "Family-Friendly Certified Company," and a "Youth-Friendly Small and Strong Company." The company has also enhanced its image by winning awards such as the "Prime Minister's Commendation for Job Creation Merit" and the "Women-Friendly Company Award."

CEO Lee Soonhyung stated, "The high level of interest in this recruitment demonstrates that outstanding talent resonates with our goal to lead the era of agentic AI. We will continue to strengthen our global competitiveness in the AI security market together with our core talent."
