As a "trusted partner of NATO," Hanwha Aerospace introduced its business portfolio covering all domains of modern warfare to the delegation, including the K9 Self-Propelled Howitzer, the Chunmoo advanced multiple launch guided missile system, manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T) systems, unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and satellites. The company also explained its plans for future contributions to security.

Hanwha Aerospace has achieved the number one market share in the global self-propelled howitzer market by supplying the K9 Self-Propelled Howitzer to six NATO countries, including Finland and Romania. The Chunmoo multiple launch guided missile system has also been exported to NATO member countries such as Poland, Estonia, and Norway, thereby expanding the company's strategic partnership with NATO.

Hanwha Aerospace also presented an active localization strategy aimed at contributing not only to Europe's security but also to its economy. The company has begun construction of its local production facility, "H-ACE Europe," in Romania, and in Poland, it is establishing a local production system for the Chunmoo guided missile system through a joint venture. In this way, Hanwha Aerospace is strengthening its position as a core pillar of the European defense ecosystem.

Jaeil Sohn, CEO of Hanwha Aerospace, stated, "We will use this visit by the NATO delegation as an opportunity to further deepen our defense cooperation with NATO member countries and continue to contribute to strengthening NATO's defense capabilities."
