Hana Financial Group Launches Productive Finance Academy

Hana Financial Group announced on April 14 that it will establish the "Productive Finance Academy" in the first half of the year to cultivate professional talent.

This academy, spearheaded by Hana Bank's Hana Institute of Finance, is aimed at strengthening the execution of the group's core strategy of productive finance. It is being launched to nurture a new generation of productive finance specialists equipped with both industrial insight and financial execution capabilities.

The Hana Institute of Finance has previously provided various tailored education programs, such as seminars, for employees responsible for productive finance within the group-including credit officers, corporate finance (RM), investment banking (IB), and venture capital (VC) staff. With this reorganization, existing programs will be expanded and developed into a more systematic training program. Research capabilities accumulated by organizations such as the Hana Institute of Finance, Hana Securities Research Center, and Hana Financial Convergence Technology Institute will be actively incorporated into the academy’s curriculum.

In addition, in-depth industry analysis and the results of policy research obtained through a business agreement with the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade (KIET) at the end of this month will also be integrated into the educational programs.
