The visit included a thorough on-site inspection for commercial district revitalization and a meeting with local merchants. This visit marks the practical implementation of the "Regional Economic Win-Win Development Business Agreement" signed last year, and was organized to objectively assess key indicators of the traditional market and establish effective development strategies.
Upon arrival, Paek Jongmin, CEO of Theborn Korea, moved through key points in the market without any official ceremony, closely examining the density of commercial activity, the main movement routes of visitors, and the status of stores by business type. Especially, to systematically analyze changes in commercial district vitality, he also inspected environmental factors such as facility aging and customer convenience facilities.
