As polarization in the real estate market intensifies, there is a growing trend of subscription demand being concentrated in specific apartment complexes. Even within the same region, demand is shifting toward areas equipped with transportation, lifestyle, and educational infrastructure.


According to Subscription Home, operated by the Korea Real Estate Board, "Acro de Seocho," which recently held a subscription, recorded an average competition rate of 1,099 to 1 for first-priority applicants. "The Sharp Priella," supplied in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, also closed with an average competition rate of 89 to 1. Both locations are considered residential complexes with convenient transportation, lifestyle amenities, and educational environments. In contrast, as of February this year, the number of unsold units in Seoul totaled 1,132, showing that sales performance varies by project site.


An industry official stated, "As polarization in the real estate market continues, preference for residential areas with lifestyle infrastructure is becoming more pronounced," adding, "It is important to pay attention to newly built apartments or complexes with well-established residential conditions within the region."


Woowa Construction plans to launch sales of "Gangneung Woowa Lin The Premier" in Songjeong-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province in April. This complex will consist of 10 buildings, with two basement floors and 21 floors above ground, offering a total of 772 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 125 square meters.


The Songjeong-dong area, where the complex will be located, is expected to be developed into a residential zone with approximately 6,000 households.


Dongmyeong Elementary School is located nearby, making it possible for students to walk to school. Within a radius of about 1.3 kilometers are Hansol Elementary School, Dongmyeong Middle School, Gyeongpo High School, and Gangneung City Library. E-Mart Gangneung Branch, Gangneung Asan Hospital, Gangneung Dongin Hospital, Namdaecheon Stream, and Songjeong Beach are also in close proximity.


The complex will feature community facilities such as a fitness club, golf driving range, table tennis room, GX room, male and female study rooms, a small library, daycare center, and an all-in-one care center, as well as a sky lounge. Kyobo Bookstore's book curation service will be available in the library and book caf?, and a non-face-to-face health management service, in collaboration with the digital healthcare solution company Soldoc, will be introduced within the complex.


The model house for "Gangneung Woowa Lin The Premier" will be located near KTX Gangneung Station, Gyodong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province.
