On April 14, the center held the opening ceremony for its vocational training course, "Collective Housing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Office Worker Training Program," in the spacious classroom on the 4th floor of the center.

This program aims to train accounting and administrative office workers for apartment management offices. A total of 96 people applied, resulting in a high competition ratio of 5 to 1.

This outcome reflects both the increasing demand for administrative personnel in collective housing management and the center's strong track record in employment outcomes.

This training course is one of the center's core programs, and for the past two consecutive years, it has achieved a 100% completion and employment rate. This year, the program differentiates itself by newly introducing training on improving work efficiency using generative artificial intelligence (AI) and an AI interview preparation course.

Additionally, the curriculum has been designed so that trainees can take the "Apartment Management Office ERP Operator Level 1" certification exam directly in the classroom where they normally study, which is expected to increase the pass rate and provide psychological stability.

The training will run for a total of 55 days (220 hours) until July 2.

The curriculum includes collective housing accounting, practical training on the integrated management system for collective housing (XP-ERP), administrative work utilizing AI, field trips, and mentoring. After completing the course, trainees will receive support for on-site practical experience and one-on-one customized job placement in a one-stop process.

Choi Hyemin, acting mayor (and deputy mayor) of Gwangmyeong, stated, "Having overcome high competition to be here today, you have already proven both your skills and passion. The city will spare no effort to ensure that you not only complete the course but also settle into the field and demonstrate your expertise for a long time."

Yoon Youngmi, director of the Gwangmyeong Women's New Start Center, added, "Over the past three years, every single participant has completed the program and secured employment without a single dropout. This year, we will continue to provide close, personalized management so that all trainees can become on-site experts."

Meanwhile, the Gwangmyeong Women's New Start Center plans to add vocational training courses for senior cognitive and emotional specialists and AI-assisted multi-tasking office workers in 2026.
