Bucketplace, the operator of "Ohouse," announced through its 2025 audit report disclosed on April 14 that it recorded sales of 321.5 billion won last year. This figure represents an increase of approximately 11.7% compared to the previous year’s 287.9 billion won. This is the first time since its establishment in 2014 that the company has surpassed 300 billion won in sales, achieving double-digit sales growth for 11 consecutive years.
Due to aggressive investments for future growth, operating losses for 2025 amounted to about 14.7 billion won. The company explained that this was the result of prioritizing investments aimed at accelerating the growth of its construction business, expanding offline bases, pursuing global expansion, and advancing artificial intelligence (AI) technology, rather than focusing on short-term profits and losses.
The growth in interior construction transactions stands out. Sales in this segment surged more than 3.5 times year-on-year. By providing standard contracts and standard quotations, the company improved price transparency and expanded the number of partners for "Ohouse Standard" to about 400, strengthening the business-to-business (B2B) ecosystem. Based on this trend, the company anticipates that its construction business will become a key revenue pillar and major growth engine on par with its commerce business within the next few years.
Ohouse is actively breaking down the boundaries between online and offline by consecutively opening offline locations such as "Ohouse Bukchon" and "Ohouse Interior Pangyo Lounge," thus expanding customer touchpoints. This year, the company is also considering establishing new lounges in Seoul and major metropolitan cities. It has strengthened the internalization of the furniture value chain and expanded its logistics infrastructure. By integrating its original brand "Ohouse Layer" and investing in major designer brands such as Flatpoint, Laerow, and Villa Record, it has enhanced product competitiveness. In addition, the company expanded a large-scale logistics center of 33,000 square meters in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, to extend premium furniture delivery and installation, further advancing the customer experience across its "Arrive on Your Desired Day" services.
Despite aggressive business expansion, as of the end of 2025, Ohouse continued to operate with zero external borrowings and maintained over 240 billion won in cash and cash equivalents, demonstrating its status as a "growth company with investment capacity." As a result of these proactive investments, Ohouse's sales growth rate for the first quarter of 2026 has doubled compared to the same period last year, making the results increasingly visible.
Ji Younghwan, Chief Financial Officer of Ohouse, stated, "In line with the vision of Ohouse, we will continue to create lifestyle solutions that leave the excitement of choice but minimize the effort of realization, connecting the fragmented journey from the moment customers dream of a space to their actual move-in, and automating complex procedures. In 2026, we will continue bold investments for this purpose and will steadfastly carry out our business without being swayed by short-term performance fluctuations."
