On the 14th, the two companies hosted a charity run event called 'We Run' at the BMW Driving Center in Jung-gu, Incheon, with 1,500 cabin crew members and headquarters staff participating. The event, sponsored by the U.S. aircraft manufacturer Boeing, was organized to share the meaning of integration with the local community and to fulfill the companies' social responsibility.

Woo Keehong, Vice Chairman of Korean Air, said, "Today's run is not just a race to the finish line, but a precious journey in which we feel the breath of the colleagues beside us, match our pace, and move forward as a true 'One Team.' I am confident that when all employees join hands with open hearts, our customers will experience the safest and most comfortable service anywhere in the world, unlike anything they have ever known."

Jeff Edwards, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Northeast Asia at Boeing, stated, "This is a meaningful occasion that demonstrates the spirit of unity and cooperation as Korean Air and Asiana Airlines come together," adding, "We will continue to maintain a strong partnership so that Korean Air can realize its vision for growth, innovation, and sustainability."

The event was held as a non-competitive run, focusing on completion rather than ranking. The running courses consisted of two distances, 10km and 5km, allowing broad participation from beginners to experienced runners. Donations equivalent to the total distance covered by the employees will be made to Make-A-Wish Korea to support the wishes of children with critical illnesses. The cumulative total distance run at this event was 8,495 km, and a total donation of 30 million won was raised.

Various side events were also held to reinforce the value of integration. These included a 'Message Wall' event where employees from both companies left messages of unity and encouragement for each other, as well as a photo zone to capture memorable moments from the event.

A Korean Air representative said, "This was a meaningful event where employees from both companies voluntarily participated to promote unity and deliver warmth to the local community," and added, "Korean Air will continue to take the lead in spreading a culture of sharing as it aspires to become the world's most beloved airline."
