[Invest&Law] Yulchon Recruits Attorney Younghye Lee, Formerly of the Financial Supervisory Service and Dunamu

Yulchon LLC announced on April 15 that it has recruited Attorney Younghye Lee (40th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute), who brings experience from both the Financial Supervisory Service and the virtual asset industry.

Attorney Lee joined Yulchon's Financial Regulation Team this month and will serve as a key member of the Unfair Trade Center. She is recognized for her extensive practical experience in capital market investigations, responding to unfair trading, and regulatory issues related to digital assets.

Attorney Lee graduated from the Department of Law at Hanyang University and completed her master's program at the same graduate school. From 2007 to 2021, she worked at the Financial Supervisory Service in the Securities Supervision Department, Financial Investment Services Department, Consumer Services Department, Special Investigation Department, and Investigation Planning Department.

Subsequently, from 2021 to 2022, she served as a special judicial police officer for the capital market at the Financial Supervisory Service, and from 2022 to 2024, she worked in the Operations Policy Office and Market Surveillance Office at Dunamu. Most recently, she worked at Banwoo Law Firm.
