Goryeong County in North Gyeongsang Province held the "2026 Goryeong County Staff Courteous Service Training" for all employees on April 13, aiming to strengthen citizen-oriented administrative services.
This training was based on the results of the "Civil Complaints Satisfaction and Staff Courtesy Survey" conducted since March. By analyzing the strengths and areas for improvement in the county’s overall civil complaints response, the program presented customized solutions to enhance administrative services.
The training featured a professional instructor and focused on key topics such as the basic courteous attitude required of public officials, techniques for responding to civil complaints, and strategies to improve citizen satisfaction. Through real-life examples, staff were able to acquire practical methods that could be immediately applied in their daily work.
A Goryeong County official stated, "Courtesy is the foundation of administration and the starting point of public trust," adding, "Through this training, our staff will engage more closely with citizens and strive to provide warm, tangible administration that residents can truly feel."
