Glasslock by SGC Solution Achieves Triple Crown at Germany's 'iF Design Award'

SGC Solution announced on April 14 that its global glass airtight container brand, Glasslock, has achieved a triple crown by winning the main prize at Germany's 'iF Design Award 2026'.

The iF Design Award, which began in 1953, is a world-renowned awards ceremony that recognizes products with outstanding design and innovation in various fields, including not only product appearance but also packaging and UX·UI (user experience and interface).

The three products that received the main prize this year are Glasslock Vacuum, RENGCOOK Jjim-it, and Hunmaengjeongeum Rice Container. These products showcased the sculptural completeness and functional innovation of "K-glass airtight containers" to a global audience.

The award-winning products were praised for their designs that go beyond simple storage containers, maximizing both aesthetics and user convenience. Previously, SGC Solution has received main prizes at the iF Design Award for a variety of Glasslock lines, including Glasslock Smart, Pure, Block Canister, and the cookware La Rosee.

Glasslock Vacuum is a vacuum glass airtight container that maximizes freshness with a dedicated device. Its sophisticated design and transparent glass body make it easy to check the contents, and it is engineered to be safely stacked even in a vacuum state, improving kitchen space efficiency.

RENGCOOK Jjim-it has been recognized for its innovative usability, allowing busy modern consumers to prepare healthy steamed dishes without the need for separate cookware. The Hunmaengjeongeum Rice Container, featuring braille labeling for the visually impaired, was highly rated as a universal design product that enhances accessibility while combining social consideration and practicality.

To celebrate this achievement, SGC Solution is holding a special promotion on the official Glasslock online mall until April 30, offering discounts of up to 50% on the three award-winning products. In addition, a comment event will be held on the official Glasslock Instagram until April 19. Those who leave a comment about which of the award-winning products they would like to try will be entered into a drawing, with a total of 10 winners selected.
