DL E&C to Launch "Acroriver Sky" in May... Spotlight on Noryangjin District 8 Redevelopment Complex

DL E&C announced on April 14 that it plans to begin sales of "Acroriver Sky" in the Daebang-dong area of Dongjak-gu, Seoul, next month.

Acroriver Sky is a residential complex created through the Noryangjin District 8 Urban Renewal Redevelopment Project. The complex consists of 10 buildings, ranging from 4 basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 987 units sized between 36 and 140 square meters. Of these, 285 units will be available for general sale, specifically: 43 units of 36㎡, 9 units of 44㎡, 39 units of 51㎡, 16 units of 59㎡, 73 units of 84㎡A, 59 units of 84㎡B, 37 units of 84㎡C, 3 units of 84㎡T1, 3 units of 84㎡T2, and 3 units of 140㎡P.

The complex is located within a straight-line distance of 600 meters from Noryangjin Station, an interchange station for subway lines 1 and 9, allowing convenient access throughout Seoul. From the complex, Yeouido Station is two stops away, City Hall Station is four stops away, and Express Bus Terminal Station is two stops away, enabling travel to Seoul's three major business districts within approximately 10 minutes. Access to Olympic-daero is also convenient via the Yeouisangnyu IC.

Additionally, the complex is adjacent to Yeonghwa Elementary School, making it a sought-after "cho-pum-a" (elementary school within the residential complex) location. Yeongdeungpo Middle School, Yeongdeungpo High School, Soongui Girls’ Middle School, and Soongui Girls’ High School are also within walking distance.

The area is equipped with comprehensive living infrastructure. Major shopping facilities such as Hanaro Mart near the complex, Emart Yeouido, Emart Yeongdeungpo, The Hyundai Seoul, IFC Mall, and Times Square are close by. Access to large hospitals, including The Catholic University of Korea Yeouido St. Mary’s Hospital, Chung-Ang University Hospital, and Seoul Boramae Hospital, is excellent. Additionally, residents can enjoy the Yeouido Saetgang Ecological Park waterfront plaza on foot.

Significant development projects are also underway around the complex. In the area surrounding Noryangjin Station, development is planned according to the "District Unit Plan for Underutilized Land South of the Hangang Railway Bridge." As part of this project, a new road network directly connecting Noryangjin-ro and Yeouidong-ro will be established, reducing the travel distance between Noryangjin and Yeouido from the current 3 kilometers to about 800 meters. Once all eight urban renewal districts in Noryangjin New Town are completed, the area will be transformed into an emerging residential town with approximately 9,200 households.
