This council, which is operated regularly once a month in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, brought together 33 participants on this day, including staff from the Hapcheon County Forestry Division, supervisors from the Korea Federation of Forest Cooperatives, and site representatives from 19 construction companies.

The attendees reviewed on-site safety measures that reflect seasonal risk factors such as the rainy season, shared risk assessment methods and accident cases, and discussed strategies for preventing major accidents.

Additionally, training on relevant laws and guidelines was provided to prevent poor construction and ensure the quality of restoration work. The county plans to enhance the completeness of disaster recovery by securing both safety and quality.

Moon Donggu, Director of the Hapcheon County Forestry Division, stated, "Given the significant damage caused by heavy rainfall, robust and flawless restoration is our top priority. We will complete the recovery work without a single accident through thorough pre-inspection and safety management."
