'Yeonsu World Meridian Urban Foret' is currently being offered for sale in the Dongchun-dong area of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. This development is a post-construction sale apartment complex, scheduled for occupancy in April 2026, allowing prospective buyers to directly inspect actual units before signing a contract.
As the real estate market has recently shifted to focus more on end-users, there is a growing preference for complexes where the move-in date is near and the residential environment can be checked in person. Experts analyze that this approach can minimize variables in the sales market, such as construction delays or increases in raw material prices.
'Yeonsu World Meridian Urban Foret' is situated within the living zone of Suin-Bundang Line's Yeonsu Station, and improved accessibility is expected in the future with the planned expansion of transportation networks, including the upcoming GTX-B line at Cheonghak Station. The Yeonsu-gu area, where the complex is located, already has established infrastructure, making it convenient to access living amenities and educational facilities.
Unlike the typical pre-sale method, the post-construction sale approach offers units after a significant portion of the construction has been completed, allowing buyers to assess the internal layout and finishing quality in advance. This is effective in shortening the time required until move-in and in reducing risks associated with market fluctuations.
A local real estate industry representative explained, "As more buyers prioritize satisfaction with actually living in their homes, interest is rising in complexes where immediate move-in is possible or where the move-in date is clearly defined."
