Seoul Venture University and Raffles University Sign MOU to Launch Global Education and Research Collaboration

Seoul Venture University has begun expanding its network of cooperation with other universities across Asia.

Seoul Venture University announced on April 12 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Raffles University on April 10 to strengthen academic exchanges and joint collaboration.

Under this agreement, the two universities will gradually pursue multifaceted cooperation, including student exchanges, joint research and seminars, and the operation of online education programs.

This agreement was prepared to enhance global educational competitiveness through the joint development of educational content and international collaborative research, as well as to expand students' opportunities for overseas learning.

In particular, the schools plan to strengthen the operation of online education programs to build a cooperative model that transcends physical distance, while simultaneously developing joint brand programs and advancing into the global education market.

The two institutions also plan to jointly promote industry-linked educational programs, such as integrated master’s and doctoral programs in convergence industries, a golf instructor program in cooperation with Hoseo University, and the joint development of an AI data center lab.

President Kang Junmo stated, "We will broaden the network of cooperation among Asian universities and strengthen the educational foundation for nurturing global talent."

Meanwhile, Seoul Venture University, founded in 2002 as a graduate school specializing in venture business and management, operates only master's and doctoral programs with no undergraduate courses, focusing on training field-oriented professionals.
