Some people sat on the ground using their phones, while others chatted with those next to them, but everyone had a smile on their face. Song Minkyu (31), who came from Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, expressed his excitement, saying, "I was happy from the moment I won the fiercely competitive lottery." At 11 p.m., those who had arrived early began to enter in order. The "Lotte World All Night Festival" by the Korea Local Administration Mutual Aid Association, the only event among such associations to rent out the entire Lotte World, has now marked its third year. The association announced that, starting with this event, it is preparing more member-participation events for this year.

This year's event saw a total of 3,000 attendees, including members and their companions. Members enjoyed free access to 13 Lotte World Adventure attractions and the ice rink for six hours. Side events included concerts featuring popular artists such as N.Flying and Davichi, as well as a magic show by magician Choi Hyunwoo. Around the carousel, participants could experience face painting, caricatures, and more.

After entering, members headed to the Garden Stage located in the center of Lotte World. On stage, an introduction to the association was followed by a welcoming speech from Chairman Kim Janghoe, who also explained the previous year's asset management results. As N.Flying and Davichi performed, members sang along together. During magician Choi Hyunwoo's show, members could even participate directly, drawing particular attention.

According to the Administrative Mutual Aid Association, member participation and satisfaction rates have been very high since the event was first held in 2024, with participants expressing positive feedback about returning and the event's continued hosting. Yoon Yejin (29), who was selected in this year's lottery for the first time, said, "The best part was being able to ride the attractions comfortably," and added, "I hope the event continues in the future." The association also placed special emphasis on safety. Three hundred staff members were organized into teams and stationed at key locations. They not only provided directions to members but also assisted by taking photos for members at photo spots such as the carousel.

The Administrative Mutual Aid Association is planning a variety of additional welfare events for members, such as hands-on experience programs, throughout the rest of the year. An official from the association stated, "Through repeated hosting, the Lotte World event has allowed us to accumulate planning capabilities and operational know-how," adding, "We will further strengthen its symbolism as a flagship member event to enhance member trust and the association's image."
