[This Week's IPO] Book-Building and Subscription Schedule for the Third Week of April

During the third week of this month (April), Cosmo Robotics will conduct a book-building process for institutional investors.

◆Cosmo Robotics= Founded in 2016, Cosmo Robotics is a leading global company with wearable robot technology for medical and rehabilitation purposes. The company is expanding its presence in the domestic and overseas rehabilitation medical markets through products such as the Bambini Kids rehabilitation robot for infants and toddlers, the Bambini Teens rehabilitation robot for adolescents, the EA2 PRO rehabilitation robot for adults, the COSuit walking assistance robot, and the EA personal customized walking solution.

The total number of shares to be offered is 4.17 million, with an indicative price band of 5,300 to 6,000 won per share. The expected funds to be raised through the offering are estimated to be between approximately 22.1 billion and 25 billion won. The book-building process for institutional investors will take place over five days, from the 16th to the 22nd. Subscriptions for retail investors will be held over two days, on the 27th and 28th. The lead underwriters are Eugene Investment & Securities, NH Investment & Securities, and Yuanta Securities.
