'Tangjeong Prugio River Park' to Begin Occupancy in the Second Half of This Year...Pre-Inspection and Preparation Procedures Underway

'Tangjeong Prugio River Park,' which is being developed in the Tangjeong District of Asan, Chungnam, is preparing for occupancy.

At the pre-occupancy stage, Tangjeong Prugio River Park involved residents in efforts to improve the living environment. Up until the point just before move-in, residents and the construction company have worked together to establish the direction of the complex and ensure quality.

In addition, the Tangjeong Prugio River Park Residents' Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) has carried out activities to improve the living environment in preparation for occupancy for about two years since the units were sold. The Association has continuously communicated and coordinated with the aim of enhancing the overall quality of the complex from the residents' perspective.

The Association's activities have extended across the complex, including landscaping, community facilities, and external landscape design, through collaboration with the construction company. As a result, improvements considering the convenience of residents after occupancy have been incorporated, and maintenance of the complex has taken place.

The tea house and lawn plaza, centered around the central square, are designed to provide spaces for both relaxation and community activities, while indirect and landscape lighting at night enhances the residential environment. In addition, a media cube-type art installation has been introduced to add symbolic significance within the complex.

External landscaping has also been improved to enhance the overall quality. The design of soundproof walls and retaining walls has been coordinated in terms of patterns, spacing, and finishing methods to ensure harmony with the overall image of the complex.

A representative of Tangjeong Prugio River Park stated, "Up until the point just before move-in, we have enhanced the quality of the complex through ongoing discussions with residents," and added, "We will continue to make preparations for occupancy, with landscaping, design, and community features all in place."

Meanwhile, Tangjeong Prugio River Park is scheduled for occupancy in the second half of this year, with pre-inspections and preparations for moving in being carried out sequentially.
