'Sangju Xi Le Ne', which drew attention for its exceptional popularity as the first new apartment supply in Sangju City in six years, will hold a non-priority application (open draw) for its remaining units.
This non-priority application will be available online through the Korea Real Estate Board’s Cheongyak Home website on April 14 (Tuesday). The announcement of successful applicants will be made on April 17 (Friday), and contract signing will take place at the model home on April 24 (Friday).
The available unit types are: ▲84㎡A ▲84㎡B ▲99㎡C. This non-priority application does not require a subscription savings account, so any member of a homeless household residing in North Gyeongsang Province or Daegu may apply. As many buyers are hoping to own a home, this presents an excellent opportunity. Given the strong results during the initial contract phase, the remaining units are also expected to sell out quickly.
'Sangju Xi Le Ne', the first new apartment supply in about six years in both Sangju and Mungyeong, is also the first Xi Le Ne-branded complex in Sangju, raising high expectations among local residents.
GS S&D Co., Ltd.’s 'Xi Le Ne' brand has already delivered successful projects in Seoul’s Gangnam District, the heart of housing in Korea, with 'Gaepo Xi Le Ne', as well as in Suseong District-known as the Gangnam of Daegu-with 'Suseong Xi Le Ne' and 'Manchon Xi Le Ne'. Most recently, 'Beomeo Xi Le Ne' proved its brand value by achieving 100% sell-out in Daegu, a city that has seen many unsold apartments.
In addition, the brand has solidified its premium image by establishing landmarks in key regions, such as 'Daejeon Sky Xi Le Ne', 'Songdo Xi Le Ne The Ocean', and 'Gyeongju Xi Le Ne'.
'Sangju Xi Le Ne' will be built at 840 Yunjik-ri, Hamchang-eup, Sangju, North Gyeongsang Province, consisting of six buildings with two basement levels and up to 29 stories above ground. The complex will offer a total of 773 units ranging from 84㎡ to 135㎡ of exclusive space. The payment plan includes a 5% down payment and a fixed first payment of 50 million won, with a full interest-free benefit on 60% of the interim payment. Only the 5% down payment is required until move-in, so there is no additional financial burden before occupancy.
A sales representative stated, "The advantageous location connecting Sangju and Mungyeong, combined with the rarity and quality of a newly built apartment after six years, has led to a successful initial contract phase. Given that the conditions for the non-priority application are not strict, we expect a high level of interest."
The model home is located in the Hamchang-ro area of Hamchang-eup, Sangju, North Gyeongsang Province.
