DL E&C's 'ACRO' is standing out across key indicators, leading the high-end residential market. The brand is being recognized for redefining the standards of high-end living, demonstrating competitiveness in all major factors such as brand preference, subscription application competition rates, and quality management.
Ranked No. 1 in High-End Brand Preference...Dominating the Market with an Overwhelming Margin
In a recent 'High-End Apartment Brand Preference Survey' conducted by real estate platform Dabang, targeting 16,048 men and women nationwide in their 10s to 50s, ACRO received 46.1% of the votes, maintaining its No. 1 position for six consecutive years. The brand proved its unrivaled market power in the high-end segment, recording a lead of more than 18 percentage points over the second-place brand.
ACRO has established itself as Korea's representative high-end residential brand through developments such as 'ACRO River Park' and 'ACRO Seoul Forest.' The significant gap with the second-place brand in this preference survey is seen as an indicator of ACRO's strong dominance in the luxury housing market.
'ACRO de Seocho' Records 1,099-to-1 Competition Rate...Highest Ever for Private Sales in Seoul
ACRO's brand competitiveness is also evident in actual sales results. 'ACRO de Seocho,' which DL E&C launched for sale on April 1, achieved an average competition rate of 1,099 to 1 in the first-round subscription, setting a new record for the highest competition rate for private residential complexes in Seoul.
Previously, it recorded an average competition rate of 751 to 1 in the special supply round, and in the first-round subscription, it earned the title of the highest-ever result in Seoul. For the 59㎡A unit, the competition rate reached 1,135 to 1, the highest among all unit types.
The record-high subscription rate for ACRO de Seocho is attributed to both consumer trust in the ACRO brand and the competitive strength of its products.
'Zero' Defect Judgment for 4 Consecutive Years...No. 1 in Quality Management
DL E&C's outstanding quality management capabilities are also cited as a key factor reinforcing ACRO's reputation.
According to statistics compiled by the Defects Review and Dispute Mediation Committee of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, DL E&C recorded 'zero' defect judgments for four consecutive years (from 2023 to the end of February 2026). In the cumulative number of defect judgments over five years, the company also ranked No. 1 in quality management among the top 10 construction companies by construction capability evaluation, demonstrating industry-leading results.
While apartment defect issues have persisted for years among both medium-sized and large construction firms, DL E&C's exceptional quality management capabilities stand out. DL E&C operates a comprehensive quality management system throughout the entire construction process. The company is also fully committed to quality management by adopting the latest technologies such as drone and artificial intelligence (AI)-based data analytics.
Bid Launched for Apgujeong Redevelopment...Strong Will to Win Contracts
Having proven its competitiveness across key indicators, DL E&C is now actively expanding its business by participating in the bidding for the Apgujeong District 5 redevelopment project, leveraging the ACRO brand.
Apgujeong is a prestigious high-end residential area in Gangnam. Not only brand value but also actual product competitiveness, construction capability, and quality management are all required in this project. DL E&C plans to leverage its accumulated experience in high-end residential supply and quality management to transform Apgujeong District 5 into the most valuable complex in the area.
A DL E&C official stated, "We plan to further expand the application of the ACRO brand not only to Apgujeong District 5 but also to other major redevelopment projects in Seoul in the future, thereby solidifying our position as Korea's leading high-end brand."
