This year, the city received the highest honors in the non-tax revenue management evaluation and the tax audit performance evaluation, as well as the 'Effort Award' in the comprehensive local tax administration evaluation, all organized by the province.

By once again earning the highest ratings following last year, the city has proven its stable and unwavering ability to manage non-tax revenue even amidst a changing administrative environment.

Previously, the city implemented a range of special measures to increase non-tax revenue, including hosting a collection strategy briefing, evaluating outstanding departments in non-tax revenue, improving systems by enacting and revising ordinances, operating a dedicated non-tax revenue collection team, providing job training on non-tax revenue, and offering on-site non-tax revenue consulting.

In last month's tax audit performance evaluation, the city was selected as the top institution after receiving high marks for its corporate tax audit achievements and efforts to improve the working environment.

In the comprehensive local tax administration evaluation, the city received the Effort Award based on its performance in local tax administration, achieving balanced results across all areas of tax administration for two consecutive years.

Mayor Lee Sang-il stated, "Achieving the triple crown in this year's Gyeonggi Province evaluations and being selected as the top institution in non-tax revenue management for two consecutive years is the result of all employees working together to ensure fair tax administration and expand independent financial resources. We will continue to develop efficient and fair strategies to increase tax revenue and further strengthen our fiscal foundation through systematic tax management."
