[Photo] Lotte Department Store Gwangju Branch Offers Seasonal Heuksando Skate

From April 3 to April 9, Lotte Department Store Gwangju Branch will hold the "Hong-eo Grand Festival" at the event hall on the first basement floor, where visitors can enjoy Heuksando skate, which is in season this spring. As a signature dish of southern Korean cuisine, skate is often served as "hong-eo samhap" with boiled pork and aged kimchi, or enjoyed as "hongtak" with Makgeolli. At this event, both "Heuksando skate" certified by the Heuksando Fisheries Cooperative and fresh domestic skate will be available.
