The complex will consist of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement levels to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,039 units. This will be the largest apartment complex in the Gapyeong area. The apartments will be offered in various exclusive floor areas: 166 units of 59㎡, 43 units of 67㎡, 614 units of 84㎡, 70 units of 94㎡, 49 units of 95㎡, 84 units of 114㎡, and 13 units of 125㎡.

The distance from the complex to Seorak Interchange is 1.2 kilometers, allowing residents to reach the Jamsil area of Seoul in approximately 30 minutes via the expressway. From the nearby bus terminal, there are direct routes to Jamsil Station, Cheongnyangni Station, and Sangbong Station without the need for transfers.

The extension of the GTX-B line to Gapyeong and Chuncheon is also underway, with the goal of opening around 2031. The company stated that upon move-in, it plans to donate two shuttle buses-one with 45 seats and another with 25 seats-for residents’ use.

A large park of about 9,900 square meters is planned to be created in front of the complex. Miwon Elementary School and Seorak Middle and High Schools are within walking distance. Gapyeong is considered a beneficiary region, as from the 2027 academic year, graduates of middle and high schools in this area will meet the graduation requirements for applying to the local medical school admission track.

The complex is designed to maximize openness by offering panoramic views, and all parking will be located underground, making the ground level a car-free zone. The complex will also feature a range of amenities, including a hotel-style guesthouse (two rooms), a golf driving range, a screen golf room, a fitness center, a group exercise (GX) room, a lounge cafe, and a moms’ cafe. There are also plans for a study room, a national/public daycare center, and a community childcare center.

Gapyeong-gun, where the complex is located, is a non-regulated area, allowing for the transfer of pre-sale rights six months after purchase. If certain conditions are met, homeowners who already own one property in another region can still enjoy the same tax benefits as single-home owners when purchasing an additional property here. The entire intermediate payment can be financed with an interest-free loan.
