Successful applicants will be announced on April 21, and formal contract signing is scheduled from May 6 to May 8.

First-priority applicants must have been subscribed to a housing subscription savings account for at least 24 months and meet regional deposit requirements. Only those who are either homeless or the head of a single-home household are eligible. Applicants must not have won a subscription in the past five years. Those who have lived in Seoul for more than two years are considered local residents, while others residing in the metropolitan area are considered non-local applicants.

Otier Banpo is a post-sale complex scheduled for occupancy in July. Successful applicants will be able to inspect the completed exterior and actual condition of the complex before moving in. According to POSCO E&C, the project embodies differentiated premium residential value in architecture, design, and community, befitting its high-end residential brand, Otier.

The complex will feature approximately 3,800 square meters of community facilities, including a large fitness center, GDR screen golf, a private cinema, and an indoor smart green farm. A sky caf? will also be set up on the sky bridge at the top of the complex. Notably, Otier Banpo is the first apartment complex in Korea to apply facade-design BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) panels, integrating building design with eco-friendly energy technology. This is expected to reduce energy consumption for common area lighting by more than 80%.

The complex offers walking access to Banpo Station (Line 7), Express Bus Terminal Station (Line 9), and Jamwon Station (Line 3). It is also conveniently located near facilities such as Shinsegae Department Store, Central City, Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, and Hangang Park.

A POSCO E&C representative stated, "Otier Banpo is a symbolic project where POSCO E&C's high-end residential brand strategy is being implemented in a real complex for the first time. Starting with Banpo, we plan to continuously expand the competitiveness of the Otier brand in prime locations across Seoul."
