On March 31, JobKorea announced the launch of its integrated recruitment solution, "Hiring Center," which is equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
The Hiring Center is designed to streamline corporate recruitment operations by enabling the entire recruitment process to be managed within a single environment. From posting job openings to managing applicants, handling communications, and overseeing operational tasks, all stages are processed through one unified interface.
By integrating previously scattered recruitment functions, the solution serves as a "recruitment operations hub" that allows companies to manage their recruitment workflow seamlessly. Notably, it operates in the form of a workspace, enabling multiple recruiters to collaborate. It provides comprehensive functions required for recruitment management, such as viewing applicant lists by posting, managing recruitment progress stages, communicating with applicants, scheduling, and checking reports-all within a single platform.
Additionally, the AI-based automatic job posting feature enables companies to create job postings more easily, reducing repetitive work and enhancing the productivity of recruitment operations. The new Hiring Center also incorporates elements of JobKorea’s proprietary AI-based "Talent Agent" feature. The Talent Agent supports recruiters by understanding their intentions through natural language conversations, analyzing job requirements and context embedded in postings, and suggesting suitable candidates. Unlike conventional keyword-based talent searches, this function recommends candidates based on the recruitment context and provides reasons for each recommendation, thereby supporting more sophisticated hiring decisions.
JobKorea plans to continuously enhance its AI-powered recruitment support capabilities, including these features, and to expand the integrated recruitment environment by enabling connections across services.
