POSCO E&C will begin sales of "The Sharp Gwanjeo Arte" in Gwanjeo-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, in April 2026. The complex will be built in Gwanjeo-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and will consist of three basement floors and 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 951 households. By unit type, the breakdown is as follows: 143 units of 59㎡, 450 units of 84㎡, 287 units of 104㎡, and 71 units of 119㎡.

The Sharp Gwanjeo Arte is a new Sharp-branded complex being supplied in the area for the first time in 10 years since The Sharp Gwanjeo 2nd. Following the original The Sharp Gwanjeo and The Sharp Gwanjeo 2nd, it will be the third Sharp-branded complex in the Gwanjeo district, completing the brand town. Due to the limited supply characteristic of the Gwanjeo district, this sale is expected to draw significant interest from local demand groups.

The complex offers convenient access to Jinjamnaegori Station on Daejeon Metro Line 2 (scheduled to open in 2028) within walking distance, as well as easy access to Seodaejeon IC and Doan-daero, enabling smooth travel to major business districts and outskirts of Daejeon. Elementary, middle, and high schools are clustered nearby, allowing for safe walking commutes, and the planned Daejeon 3rd City Library is also adjacent.

Various amenities such as hospitals, clinics, academies, cafes, restaurants, and more are available around the complex. There is also ample green space and leisure facilities, including neighborhood parks and sports parks, making it a prime residential location in the Gwanjeo district with a pleasant living environment.

The Sharp Gwanjeo Arte stands out from other existing apartments in the Gwanjeo district in terms of exterior, floor plan, and overall product composition, offering differentiated product competitiveness. It is regarded as a branded complex that will elevate the residential standard in the district beyond simply providing new supply. For the exterior, POSCO's premium steel PosMAC wave panels have been used to enhance the depth and design quality of the complex’s frontage, with careful material selection reinforcing both symbolism and luxury from the outset.

The interiors are designed to maximize flexibility in living spaces. The living room features a wide living option through the expansion of an alpha room, enhancing openness, while the kitchen adopts a face-to-face layout and hidden kitchen option for efficient workflow. The bathroom includes a dry vanity area option to improve comfort. Finishes for the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are offered as selectable options, allowing for customization according to residents' lifestyles.

Community facilities will include a fitness center, GX room, sauna, multipurpose gymnasium, golf practice room, table tennis room, small library, and private study rooms. A healthcare lounge staffed by a pharmacist or professional manager (provided free for one year) and the adoption of an AI-based healthcare system are also under consideration to further enhance convenience. Parking spaces will be provided at a rate of approximately 1.67 vehicles per household.

The model home will be located in Gwanjeo-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and is scheduled to open in April.
