Gyeongbuk TP to Operate AI Care Robot Experience Center at "2026 Family Festa"

Gyeongbuk Technopark (Gyeongbuk TP) announced that it will operate the "AI Care Robot Experience Center" at the "2026 Family Festa," an event held to overcome the low birthrate crisis and promote a family-friendly culture.

This event will take place over two days, from March 28 to March 29, at the Gyeongsan Indoor Gymnasium and Onmaru Square.

Various companies will participate on-site, running exhibition and hands-on experience booths.

Booths will be prepared on a wide range of topics that the whole family can enjoy, from policy promotion and children's job experiences to wedding services.

Gyeongbuk TP and Motion Advisor Co., Ltd. aim to demonstrate the potential of robots through a variety of AI care robot experiences, including reading robots, coding robots, and Go-playing robots.

Through these activities, they plan to collect data on user demand and technological acceptance for care robot services, which will be used in future policy development for the robotics industry.

Ha Inseong, President of Gyeongbuk TP, stated, "Through this exhibition, citizens will have an opportunity to experience AI care robot technology firsthand and confirm its potential for use in family care settings," adding, "We will continue to promote a variety of demonstration projects to expand robot-based care services and vitalize the related industry."
