As the western Busan industrial belt, centered around Busan New Port, continues to expand, interest in nearby residential areas is growing. Demand is particularly concentrated on apartments with convenient access to both workplaces and homes. Residential areas close to industrial complexes are increasingly being chosen by end-users, as they offer both commuting convenience and efficiency in daily life.

The Gangseo-gu area of Busan is recognized as a representative industrial belt, with Busan New Port, Noksan National Industrial Complex, and the International Logistics City all clustered together, forming a strong base for logistics and manufacturing industries. The addition of the Mieum R&D Industrial Complex is expanding the region's research and development functions, leading to a steady influx of residential demand linked to job opportunities.

Reflecting this trend, 'Bukyeong Gyeongma Park Station The Atrium The River', currently being supplied in Beombang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, is accepting additional tenant applications. This complex is in the spotlight as a residential area with close proximity to workplaces, with approximately 10 minutes by car to Busan New Port, Noksan National Industrial Complex, and the International Logistics City, and about 7 minutes to the Mieum Industrial Complex.

The application period runs for two days from March 25 to March 26, with the final deadline for applications today (March 26). Winners will be announced at 4:00 p.m. on March 31, and contracts will be signed from April 1 to April 2.

'Bukyeong Gyeongma Park Station The Atrium The River' is a public-supported private rental apartment complex, with all units offered as 59-square-meter exclusive lease types. Residents can live stably for eight years without monthly rent, and the rental period does not count toward the number of homes owned, allowing applicants to maintain their eligibility for future housing applications. The fact that applications can be submitted without a housing subscription savings account also lowers the entry barrier, drawing attention.

The complex also offers a well-developed living infrastructure. Residents can share the lifestyle zones of Myeongji International New City and Eco Delta City, with access to commercial, medical, and educational facilities. Large-scale commercial facilities such as Starfield City Myeongji and Lotte Premium Outlet Gimhae are also accessible within about 10 minutes by car.

In terms of residential environment, Noksan Gohyang Hill is located nearby, and some units offer views of the Nakdong River. The complex is also noted for its location, which allows residents to enjoy both urban infrastructure and natural surroundings.

In addition, when the planned Bukyeong Gyeongma Park Station opens as part of the Bujeon-Masan urban railway, access to major downtown areas of Busan, such as Sasang and Seomyeon, is expected to improve.

Meanwhile, 'Bukyeong Gyeongma Park Station The Atrium The River', constructed by Daebang Construction, has closed applications for all special supply units, and general supply applications are currently being accepted. The model house is located in Myeongji-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan.
