They reviewed safety management measures for the marathon by category, with a particular focus on the division of roles and establishing a cooperative system among related organizations to ensure effective response strategies.

Key items inspected included: ▲ crowd control and deployment of safety personnel in densely populated areas; ▲ preemptive removal of hazards along the marathon course and within the event venue; ▲ parking operations and traffic control plans; and ▲ establishment of a medical support system to prepare for emergencies.

Prior to the event, Hapcheon County plans to conduct an on-site safety inspection jointly with South Gyeongsang Province and address any deficiencies in advance to fully prevent safety accidents.

Deputy County Governor Jang Jaehyuk stated, "This year's marathon has attracted significant interest, with participant registration closing early and a larger scale expected. We will ensure thorough preparations and on-site response through close cooperation among relevant organizations to deliver a safe and successful event."
