This tournament was hosted by the Goyang Special City Sports Association and organized by the Goyang Special City Tennis Association. Over 530 tennis club members from Goyang City participated, showcasing their skills and competing against one another.

Lee Donghwan, Mayor of Goyang Special City, visited the venue to celebrate the successful hosting of the tournament and presented commendations to individuals who contributed to the development of tennis and the expansion of grassroots sports.

Mayor Lee also encouraged the participating athletes, expressing his gratitude by saying, "Thank you to everyone who has worked to promote tennis culture. I hope you will demonstrate your abilities to the fullest."

The tournament featured a club team competition with Open, Rookie, and Women's divisions, as well as men's and women's individual matches for beginners.
