Changwon Facilities Corporation's Hyungbo Shim Receives Ministerial Commendation for Successful National Sports Competition for Persons with Disabilities

Hyungbo Shim, Section Chief at Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam, received a Ministerial Commendation from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on March 12, in recognition of his dedicated contributions to ensuring the safe management of stadium facilities and supporting operations for the smooth and successful hosting of the 2025 National Sports Competition for Persons with Disabilities (Students).

Section Chief Hyungbo Sim awarded the Minister's Commendation for Meritorious Service at the National Paralympic Sports Festival.

Section Chief Shim played a central role as the leader of stadium operations during the previous competition, spearheading improvements to facility convenience, on-site safety management, and operational support, thereby maintaining order and ensuring stable operations throughout the event.

Section Chief Shim stated, "I believe this Ministerial Commendation from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is not a personal honor, but an award received on behalf of the employees of Changwon Facilities Corporation who worked together on site for the successful hosting of the National Sports Competition for Persons with Disabilities (Students)."

Lee Kyungkyun, Acting President, expressed gratitude by saying, "I would like to thank all the employees and stakeholders who devoted themselves to preparing and operating the competition," and added, "We will continue our best efforts to advance sports for persons with disabilities and to manage safe sports facilities in the future."
