Official Opening of the Connecting Passage Between Exit 5 of Dasan Station and Dasan Xi

On March 13, Namyangju City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it had conducted an on-site inspection ahead of the opening of the passage connecting Exit 5 of Dasan Station on the Byeollae Line and Dasan Xi IB Place Mall.

This inspection was carried out to check the facilities and ensure safety and convenience for users before the opening of the passage between Exit 5 and Dasan Xi IB Place Mall.

In particular, on this day, Mayor Joo Gwangdeok of Namyangju City personally visited the site to thoroughly inspect the condition of the facilities and the user pathways. He also reviewed the operational and management plans to ensure that citizens can use the facility safely and conveniently.

Mayor Joo stated, "The opening of this connecting passage is expected to make it more convenient for citizens using Dasan Station," and requested, "Please do your utmost in operation and management so that citizens can use it safely and conveniently."

The connecting passage between Exit 5 of Dasan Station and Dasan Xi was installed to improve mobility for citizens using Dasan Station. The facility was developed by Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation and White Korea Co., Ltd. After being handed over to the city, Namyangju Urban Corporation will be responsible for its management and operation.

Meanwhile, the connecting passage between Exit 5 of Dasan Station and Dasan Xi IB Place will open to the public at 12 p.m. on March 13, after the final safety inspection is completed.
