By region, Seoul's price levels significantly exceeded the national average, with the average price for premium rooms surpassing 8 million won. The average fee for 94 premium rooms in Seoul was 8.1 million won, which is about 390,000 won (5.1%) higher than the 7.71 million won (across 93 locations) recorded in the first half of last year.
